Sea Food Lunch Recipes
- First of all heat oil in a wok, fry garlic, fish and prawns for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum, parsley, oregano and keenu pulp and then mix.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix then serve hot.

- Macaroni (boiled)—–2 cups
- Prawns (chopped)—–200 grams
- Fish fillet (chopped)—–200 grams
- Keenu (scoop out pulp)—–1
- Garlic Paste—–1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder—–½ tsp
- Oregano —–½ tsp
- Mayonnaise —–4 tsp
- Fresh Cream—– 4 tsp
- Tomatoes (chopped)—–2
- Capsicum (chopped)—–1
- Parsley—– ¼ bunch
- Tomato ketchup—–3 tsp
- Salt —– to taste
- Oil —– 2 tbsp
